WHen are tryouts for the 2025-2026 Season?
Tryouts will be held on July 12th and July 13th. Dates and the location for each age group are located on the tryouts page. Make up tryouts will be on July 15th.
What membership Do I need for open gyms/tryouts?
If you played club for the 2024/2025 season, your membership will be eligible for tryouts. If you need to purchase a summer membership, you will go here. It will be available May 1st.
What age Should My child tryout for?

do you all offer private lessons?
Yes! Email us and we will see if any of our coaches have any availability.
What items are needed for Tryouts?
We ask that you sign up ahead of time with forms that will be available at a later date and bring your membership card.
What is the difference between your red and Black Teams?
Our Red team is viewed as a National level team. They will travel more than a Regional level team (Kansas City, St. Louis, Arkansas, Tulsa, etc.). Our Black team is viewed as a Regional level team. They will still travel a couple of times throughout the season, but they will primarily play in local tournaments. There are occasions where we will have a Black team viewed as a National level team.
WHERE DO TEAMS PRACTICE?
We practice in various Springfield, Nixa, and Republic locations between 6:00-9:00pm.
How many tournaments do the teams play in?
Our 10's and 11's teams play in a total of 6-8 playing days and 12's-18's play in at least 9 total playing days.
What is the cost?
Cost can be anywhere from $1,400-$2,200/player. It depends if the team will be considered a National or Regional team. We will email a graphic if your child receives an offer that covers the price for the upcoming season.
how far does the team travel?
Local tournaments are typically held in the Springfield, Joplin, Carl Junction, or Carthage area. Travel tournaments are typically in Kansas City, St. Louis, Arkansas, or Oklahoma area.
When are practices?
This season, we’re transitioning to 1.5-hour practices on weeknights or Sunday evenings to better support our multi-sport athletes. This adjustment allows more flexibility in their schedules, giving them time to travel between commitments while also helping reduce the risk of burnout that can come from juggling multiple sports.
When is season?
Season begins around the middle of November (after high school state is over) and ends anywhere from the middle of March-end of April. GJNC Nationals is held in June if a team qualifies.
Does the fee have to be paid all at once?
No. We offer an installment plan where the fee is broken up into 4 separate payments for your convenience. In order to secure your daughters spot on the team following tryouts, a $300 deposit is required which is applied to your overall fee. First installment after the initial deposit will be communicated with each team. All future payments are due on the 15th of the month. If a family needs to extend monthly payments, we can provide up to a 7 month payment plan.
What is included in the fee?
Our fees include the following: tournament registration, coaches pay for practices and tournaments, gym rental, coaches travel (food, hotel, gas), 2 uniforms, 2 practice shirts, equipment, team pictures, and administration fee. Personal travel expenses are not included in our fees.
